I liked the interesting black and white graphic "bullseye" design on these Chinese lampwork beads. It makes a nice contrast with the bright "crayon box" color scheme. Although Chinese lampwork cannot approach the quality (and price!) of American artist lampwork (due to the lack of annealing), they are coming up with some awfully cute designs. These fresh, summery flower beads are a perfect example. Amethysts are one of my very favorite stones so they crop up quite frequently in my work. Here I've paired dark amethyst chips with freshwater pearls in shades of white and lavender and accented everything with some sterling silver beads.
